1- \u015eirketimizce Basketbol\u00a0S\u00fcper Ligi tak\u0131mlar\u0131ndan Bursaspor Basketbol\u2019a isim hakk\u0131 ve forma sponsoru\u00a0olunmas\u0131na, isim hakk\u0131 sponsorlu\u011funun Bursaspor \u0130nfo Yat\u0131r\u0131m olarak\u00a0kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

2- Bu ama\u00e7la Bursaspor\u00a0Basketbol Sportif Hizmetleri A.\u015e. ile Forma Reklam, \u0130sim Hakk\u0131 ve Sponsorluk\u00a0S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin 16.000.000 TL KDV bedel ile imzalanmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

3- Bursaspor Basketbol\u2019un\u00a0play-off\u2019a kalmas\u0131 halinde ek olarak 2.000.000 TL KDV reklam ve sponsorluk\u00a0bedeli \u00f6denmesine,<\/p>\n

4- Karar ile ilgili gerekli\u00a0i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin imzalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131,\u00a0Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve A Grubu imza yetkililerinin m\u00fcnferiden\u00a0yetkilendirilmesine,<\/p>\n
