\u201cSermaye Piyasas\u0131nda Finansal Raporlamaya \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar Tebli\u011fi\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde haz\u0131rlanan konsolide finansal tablolar\u0131nda 331.740.637-TL net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131, Yasal Kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f mali tablolar\u0131nda ise 218.954.443,15-TL net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK), Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131 ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) D\u00fczenlemeleri, Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi ve di\u011fer ilgili yasal mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ile \u015eirketimiz Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz \u201ck\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131\u201d dikkate al\u0131narak;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda Vergi Usul Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak tutulan yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 218.954.443,15-TL tutar\u0131ndaki kar\u2019dan 4.869.726,87-TL 1.tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kalan 214.084.716,28-TL\u2019nin ola\u011fan \u00fcst\u00fc yedeklere al\u0131nmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n<p>-TMS\/TFRS esas al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanan konsolide finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 331.740.637-TL tutar\u0131ndaki kar\u2019dan 4.869.726,87-TL 1.tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kalan 326.870.910,13-TL\u2019nin ola\u011fan \u00fcst\u00fc yedeklere al\u0131nmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketimiz sermaye gereksinimleri, finansal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getirilmesi, uzun vadeli stratejimiz, yat\u0131r\u0131m ve finansman politikalar\u0131 ile karl\u0131l\u0131k ve nakit durumu dikkate al\u0131narak kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na dair Genel Kurula \u00f6neride bulunulmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik karar vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>04.08.2023 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 2022 Y\u0131l\u0131 Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131 sonucunda i\u015f bu y\u00f6netim kurulu
